Return Policy

Once a lingerie item has been worn, it cannot be re-sold to another.

For this reason and for the safety of our clients, we have strict return policies on our lingerie.

An article of clothing may only be returned if the following items ALL apply:

 

The item must NOT have been worn.

 

It must still HAVE all tags attached.

 

Item must HAVE a manufacturing defect, or If item was damaged in the mail, you MUST also return the damaged package it came in as it arrived.

 

If item was damaged in the mail, you MUST also return the damaged package it came in as it arrived.

 

If ALL of the preceding conditions are met, the item will be replaced with an identical item.

 

NO refunds will be given.
